All products, prices, and offers are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

3. Order & Payment

All orders are considered confirmed once the full prepaid payment is successfully processed.
(Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.)
Nirvi Boutique reserves the right to cancel or reject orders in cases of stock unavailability, payment failure, incorrect information, or suspicious/fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours and shipped via trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines typically range from 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur during festivals, national holidays, or unforeseen courier issues.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
Customized sarees, sale items, or final clearance products are not eligible unless damaged or defective.
