Refund & Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Policy – Nirvi Boutique

At Nirvi Boutique, we want you to love every saree you purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to assist you with an easy return or exchange process.

•⁠ ⁠They may be slight color differences between product images due to light or screen resolution.
•⁠ ⁠Zari folding and thread outcomes are not considered as damaged.
•⁠ ⁠Full unboxing video is must, before calming for damage.
•⁠ ⁠Delivery times varies based on location and availability. Sometimes delivery delays can happen due to courier issue or natural events.


✔ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Tags, labels, and accessories are intact

  • The item is not from the non-returnable category

Note: Returns are not applicable for customized products, discounted items, or final sale items unless they arrive damaged or defective.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized sarees

  • Innerwear / blouse padding (if applicable)

  • Items returned in used, washed, or damaged condition


📬 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@nirviboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and share the return instructions.

  3. Once the item reaches us and passes the quality check, we will process your refund or exchange.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Since COD is not available at Nirvi Boutique, all refunds apply only to prepaid orders.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (if applicable)

  • Product replacement (subject to stock availability)

If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.


🚚 Return Pickup

  • We provide reverse pickup in most serviceable locations.

  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

  • Self-shipping costs will be refunded as store credit (up to ₹100) upon valid courier receipt.
